Pastrami IS corned beef brisket, just smoked after curing with pastrami spices, which is mostly coriander....Usually steamed to get it hot again...

So if you like corned beef, you should love pastrami, lol

I wasn't reading this .... made myself lunch .... Pastrami and sweet onion on toasted sourdough bread with horseradish. Christine insisted that I ate something, solitude will be wonderful for a few brief moments, lol, a few breath mints a little later smile

Better than corned beef smash, probably

Better than corned venison.....

Use to make pastrami with venison also but haven't in two years, im slacking
