gcs trapper G Joined: Dec 2006 South shore L.I. N.Y.	Pastrami IS corned beef brisket, just smoked after curing with pastrami spices, which is mostly coriander....Usually steamed to get it hot again... So if you like corned beef, you should love pastrami, lol
