I filled up in North Central Pennsylvania four days ago on my way to Camp and paid $3.99 a gallon. I passed lots of places that were as high as $4.40 though. If stations in Pennsylvania can do it, any state can do it. We have something like the third highest gas tax in the nation. Eh...wot?
