We gave it a try even though it was a Northeast wind almost limited out today. We had to get off the water it got pretty rough. Still had time to work in the garden.

It will be our second trip to Alaska we took my mom, wife and daughter the first time for three weeks. About 12 years ago.

That’s a nice haul of walleye. They are one of my favorite species to fish for.

Nice catch of walleye's right there. Great eating also. You ever think of bleeding them out as you catch them? Doing that helps add to the flavor.

Cool good eating fish. I’m lucky to catch 6-8 down here at one of our big lakes
