Perhaps some of you have also enjoyed using the green 2 to 5' bamboo stakes on your property. They work good for marking things such as new trees. Has anyone found a source other than Ace Hardware to purchase them? They're a bit pricey, particularly when ya get up into the 5' size.

Try AM Leanard or Home Depot. look on the web. Type in bamboo stakes and several firms and sizes should show up. Try to find a place near you as shipping costs are an issue.

There's close to a dozen people on Facebook Marketplace, near me that frequently give away free bamboo, if you cut it and sometimes already cut. Most of the ads say something like "Take all you want."

I would look on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist.

I saw some on Home Depot's website this week, thanks. I hadn't thought of that place. I'll look more on their website or ask my dad to look next time he's near a Home Depot store.

Home Depot can order them for you as well if they don't have the size you want at the store. Tlhe last 100 I ordered I got shipping free as they brought it with all the other stuff in the semi.
