As a preventive measure, it would be nice if we could just deport all the usuals suspects for suicide bombers. We are at a high alert level for terrorism and Iran threatened to conduct terrorist attacks in the US, over the holiday weekend.

If someone in LE took lethal action to a perceived lethal threat all would be OK. If a civilian took lethal action it could be a serious problem.
