you know when people complain about bear hunting with dogs , I tell them they are doing you all a great service in training the bears every year to avoid people and dogs. when you take that training away they slowly learn they can come into your yard with nothing to fear.

Trapping and hunting coyotes seems a similar thing.

Wolves in northern MN is a prime example. Since they are protected from hunting or trapping it's almost like they have become domesticated. They come right into people's yards and attack their livestock and even pets.
