Big Sam trapper B Joined: Aug 2012 Blackduck Minnesota	If memory serves, I think it was the largest chambering in the 76 Winchester. Seems like they loaded around a 300 grain bullet. I think someone is making a reproduction. Did you find one? It'd be a neat gun to hunt with.

Buck (Zandra) OP trapper B Joined: May 2011 Garden,Michigan	Uberti is making a reproduction of the Winchester '76 in this caliber.I like the old straight wall cartridges,I know nothing about this one.I found one place that actually loads for this round at $120 A box of 20! But I'm still intrigued by this old round,and I agree,would love to hunt with one. Buck(formely known as Zandra)
