my personal one I carry hunting I put together from components is a pack of quick clot gauze , a cat T tourniquet , shears , and an Israeli bandage

I should probably ad a second tourniquet and newer compression bandage

Buy a couple good tourniquets, not a Chinesium one from skamazon. Your life may depend on it.
