I was cleaning out one of the drawers in my desk and way in the back I found these old relics. I can't remember what Nat. Conv. they came from, but it was MANY, MANY, years ago.

The top one says ~ Count Cottonmouth Jack -Movie Star- Beaver Trapping Maestro- Forum Mod Post Whacker
The middle one ~ This Pen Has Been Stolen From: Wasatch Wildlife Products- Grit Guy Tom- Wildwestville Regional Offices- Buy My Squeakers-Please!
The bottom one ~ Slim Pedersen Inc.

Any idea how old these are?

hahaha, i think that crazy woman had millions of those made, too much fun for too many years from those, think we auctioned one as a 'collector item' like some rare find, hahaha.

I think all that nonsense was in 2004 at the NTA in Columbia, Mo.

Funny stuff, thanks for bringing all that back up.

Yes 2004 wow that long ago, was one of my first traveling to conventions to get my squeakers known and we all hung around

together bothering everyone, was such a great time for me meeting so many Trapper man people !!

Always had some thing to give away for the kids, it was sure to bring back the parents, remember one time
Ol Slim bought a sack full of fly swatters for the barn we all were selling stuff, he would give them to the kids and they
would runoff bringing other others back to look around one of the greatest give away's I ever seen, parents quickly took them for keeping fly's away !! He had been there before and knew just what to bring !

Miss that guy and all the times him I set up, oh wait contributed to jokes on others LOL !!

Cat lives clear up north now, don't figure she checks in here much any more !!

I still have a couple sacks full of stuff used for batting the kids in, though I'm pretty sure the pens don't write
I know the Camo hats I made for J's inauguration into giving demos still work though !!

Y'all should ask him about those and how they worked during his talking, oh and when I wore mine at night trying to
find him in some eatery, could hear him laughing soon as you enter the building LOL

Great times we all had back then !!!

Slim had to send me a dvd of that 'talk' as you call it so i could see what went on, didn't remember any of it as matt jones had me out 'celebrating' till 6 am and i had to put on a show at 10 am so it's all pretty blurry from there, haha. Afraid we had TOO MUCH FUN back then.

That "crazy" woman said she'll be on here this evening bringing a reckoning. Y'all might want to get your hurricane/tornado shelters ready.

Someone ratted out on this page and let her know it was on fire, LOL, so she let me know as well Paul there would be a reckoning !!

But it would be late as she is driving all over the city looking for some address that takes some time to find on a coast line
LOL

Better batten down the hatches, put up the scare crows and pull all other life saving apparatus out, candles lit, and
whatever else it takes, we haven't had such a warning for years here !!

K-----ZOO...........If I'd have had to guess which of ALL of you crazies would put on a post that would bring me out of my busy existence..........I wouldn't have guessed you ! haha! However....being the nice guy you always have been, it wasn't as bad as I'd expected when someone emailed to tell me to get on here! :-)

[Linked Image] Here is the flyswatter - I actually have 2-3 left here!

If the ink is dried up, FCOL, just click the pen part down, suck on it for a few minutes.........it'll work again ! sheeeeeeeesh...........thought trappers were smart people!
Yotetrapper...........maybe you can tell these yahoos how to use a good quality pen.............

Dirtbat, I think you should be glad I spent my own hard earned $$ getting pens to advertise your job and get you business! Savell........he always kinda liked girly stuff .
Grit - seems to me you picked OUT your own pen wrap...............! I have PHOTOS that you may not want out there, but good luck with that..............they are in my possession!
Pedersen liked his pens, he passed 'em out everywhere LOL!

Drifter.........found a picture of you I will be posting within the next week!

MrDobbins.......got a few of you too here!

OH, and Dirtbat.........I got a few of that first demo, but as I was also wearing one of the GRITTY camo lighted hats in the front row, the photos aren't that good! HOWEVER.........
I will be describing that very scene with the music and all, and how we passed out Snappy popcorn to the crowd with your business card taped to those packets of IOWA corn!

I just uncovered a bunch of photos that I will work on getting scanned and hopefully put a post on later in the week..........
no clue who a lot of the people are in these photos, but you should all have fun checking to see if you know !

for the record............I DID NOT draw that ridiculous looking "coyote" on the flyswatter...........I sent that company a real photo, they came back with hundreds of these so we went with it.........Slim really laughed when he saw those in that box!!
