I tried googling it and it says, apple cider, vinegar and dish soap. They don't even crawl down in to the cup after that. What do you guys use to kill fruit flies

Have you tried using stepping sticks and blending in your set better?

That's what we used at work to get rid of an infestation. It worked very well. Only used a few drops of Dawn.

I haven't yet... I was spending too much time on the spikes at the bottom of the pit. Where the grapefruit is.

Which fruit flies are you talking about? D. suzukii are the scourge of the planet. They have cost me tens of thousands of dollars in just the last decade. Since they lay eggs into fruit you need to control the adults. One pregnant female can give rise to ten trillion offspring over the course of a summer according to U. Cal-Davis researchers.

They are the main reason I have to charge as much for fruit as I do. One quart of Entrust (which needs t be sprayed weekly) costs about $600.


My fear of moving stairs is escalating!
