I don't know how many of you are familiar with this person, but he was the expert on night crawl fishing for walleyes. I was trying to find out where I could get some of his books. Any ideas?

Got a photo from a speeding camera in the mail. I immediately sent it back - way too expensive and really poor quality.

Think he wrote the book " Nightcrawler Secrets" back in the 70's.

Yes, he did, and I wish I could find my copy. I put it someplace safe and can't remember where that is.

Tough to find his books and he wrote quite a few. I did a bit of surfing and came up blank. Currently unavailable everywhere I searched

Google "Books by Bill Binkleman" and you will get numerous hits (Amazon, Thrift Books, and others).

That's the problem I'm having. I tried Amazon, ebay, etc. They all list them as unavailable.

The magazine Fishing Facts used to sell his stuff and I bought into it. A little red box filled with tiny hooks and sinkers and worm injector for blowing air into the tail of your worm. Oh I caught walleyes using that stuff but what a P I A. Caught a lot more with red jig and a half of a night crawler. A lot of hard earned money went down the drain with me chasing a better mouse trap.

Sad part is that I had all of his books on nightcrawlers, but can't find them. My wife said she would try to find them. She's pretty good at find things I seem to lose.

Binkleman not only talking about fishing with crawlers, but had some good info on how to catch them and raise them.
