So I’m looking into turtle traps, have a pond full of red eared sliders. After talking with our biologist they are invasive species. Any ideas on a trap to catch them

If they're anything like terrapins, you can't hardly keep them out of a baited blue crab pot, pretty much any baited appropriate size cage with short funnels should work....

Do you have native turtles that are being impacted?

Newt has a good trap, Jerry Shilling from Indiana and the Quarles turtle traps are what we have used for many years.
