Seriously, you are in far better shape than me and I know you work at it reading your posts over the years, good on you !!! ........ hurt my back watching-- how much were you lifting in each event. The log press, which is failed, was 200# The hold for time was 220# in each hand, 440# total. The carry medley was a 175# keg, 184# stone and a 75# shield.
