I don't know a thing about trout but what does the "orange inside mean" ? Most fish are an off colored white.

Brookies have a nice orange flesh.Most all Trout and Salmon do.

Forgot my phone at home.They fade pretty quick color wise from that morning caught to 10pm at night even in the refrigerater.Took the picture when I got ho9me.
