After all the responses to my colony trap preference thread, I was convinced I need to build some funnel traps. While visiting my mom this week I stopped by a place that makes metal roofing. I asked if they had any remnants. The really nice guy behind the counter went out to the shop to check. When he came back he invited me back. They had a 43” x 9’4” piece in the discard bin. He said anything under 10’4” gets tossed. They gave me the piece. That will build a few cones for tunnel colony traps.

Nice score, have a few part rolls myself if I don’t use them up in construction first.
