Getting pounded down again but still at a strong number. I’m thinking by fall it might be time to buy back in.

I wish I sold at $121.00 an ounce. I could have bought now and doubled my holding.

While I believe a shortage can cause a doubling in price, I think it far fetched to believe it can cause a quadrupling in price. After $60, I think we entered speculation price increases. Plus, price increases to the level where supply increases and demand decreases at the new price,

Converted to gold the average yearly wage in 1926 was 68 ounces. In 2026 its 16 ounces. Wage in silver in 1926 was 3709 ounces in 2026 its 1100. A little cushion of metal IMO is a good idea.

They made possessing gold illegal from the early 30’s, up until the mid 70’s(small amounts jewelry etc being exempt)

Just an economic crisis away from it happening again,,,,,

Silver didn’t get the hammer like gold did tho

Silver just isn’t really that important

Ive been seeing them say that silver is suppressed and hasn't caught up with gold yet. I've bought both. This year. They are both down, buy the dip right? Anyway thats what I am doing. I may buy some more today. They are both down but demand for both seems to be there and at some point in the next 10 years it will again be near an all time high and I plan to sell it then. See Keiths comment above. Thats my plan. Anyone see a flaw in my logic?

Also I'm talking ETF's. IAUM and SLV. I know some of you think thats crazy "paper" but its what I have access to. IBIT is supposed to be a good one too.

I mean yesterday was a crazy day. There was about three or four things going on to make silver and gold come down and it did but not in scary amounts. Is that helping show that its being held down and wants to naturally come up?

Thoughts?

With any investment, its impossible to know when to buy and sell.

You should know when you are going to sell when you buy it and stick to you plan... thats what I've been seeing anyway. Easier said than done.

When gold was made illegal to posses, how many people ignored it? Demand for silver today is quite high in industrial electronics. As I said before the national debt has grown beyond enormous.

Silver does have a strong industrial use case

Was speaking more to its monetary/currency use case

Depends how old u are? What are your goals? What is your time frame for your goals

I’m likely the only person on here that likes MSTR,,,lol,,,,

been in it since 2020 sometime,,,, still like it,,,, been great!

The financial posts are starting to get like “best trap””snareing” etc posts,,,, beat to death

Xrp is garbage,,,,

The miners are all past their time imho,,,, just the math(speaking abtc)

Just buy/selfcustody BTC,,,,, long term,,,,, the dollar is hooped

My thought is as always,,,,, learn/study basic economic theory,,,, all of it,,,, especially what they won’t teach you in school

The problem with land is the government can increase supply by selling public land

Which they will do,,,,aswell as raising the tax’s

Homes are consumer goods and the cheaper they are the better

People only think of them as an investment asset because your money is broken & you have never known savings

Unless your home/land is super unique,,,,, can’t be replicated,,,,

It’s not really a great investment
