Nice cart setup! I’d suggest you find a better way to store your wire though,( even plastic bags). Dust, grit, grindings, etc on the wire spools will cause problems with your whip’s liners & rollers for sure.

For all those DIY’ers following this thread, as an extra safeguard, I always clipped a pad-type wiper with tip cleaner on the wire before it went into the rollers.

I certainly agree with putting your wire under cover and sealed as well, only takes a small amount of moisture to make the whole roll bad
How do you move that around as well, do you just push and pull or am I missing a handle for pulling it around In the second picture you see a little bit of the rebar handle.

a power strip that is mounted to the cart so the grinders can just stay plugged in
then you can leave the wire brush on one , a flapper on the next and you just grab and use they are already plugged in hanging on the stand.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

For all those DIY’ers following this thread, as an extra safeguard, I always clipped a pad-type wiper with tip clear on the wire before it went into the rollers. Best advice on this thread. I thought they were a gimmick but was having issues with wire feeding and tried them. Been using them ever since,

Should these have a designated fire extinguisher spot? I once saved an accident with one. It was expired but worked. I remembered its location when the air compressor caught fire.
