I purchased this piece today. Any information would be helpful if it is authentic or a souvenir piece.

Modern, tourist piece. The bead colors are very modern. Loosely based off a split horn bonnet, a style commonly attributed to medicine men and other figures of importance. Old ones typically had the crown covered with strips of ermine, and lots of ermine tails.

Are the horns real?

Here's a late 1890s Blackfeet example.
