nov1181 OP trapper N Joined: Jul 2010 ND	Just a question for those of you who have or do use Victor #2 round jaw and have or do use Duke #2 round jaw which one would you order and or use? I have always ran Victor but with them no longer making traps I am starting to humor switching. Be for coyote, badger and fox. Thanks

Mark McCary trapper M Joined: Nov 2012 Mesa,Washington.	I would suggest purchasing one of each trap you are considering on using???? Lol. I have a bunch of single traps! Get your hands on them and test it out. Much better than looking at pictures. The Victor #2 & 3 FOJ have been good traps for me. The Victor Montgomery Dogless #2 & 3 Forged Offset Jaw traps are even better imho. When properly modified & adjusted. I have never used any Duke traps. Good Luck!!

The Beav trapper T Joined: Dec 2006 Wisconsin	I've used the Duke # 2s and they worked just fine. It wouldn't be my first choice as a coyote trap, but I have caught and held coyotes in that trap. Last edited by The Beav; 5 hours ago. The forum Know It All according to Muskrat
