This time of year,,,,,
Swimming in long dresses often ends badly for the girls
I don’t know, might be the intention and good for the colony. They’re probably pregnant by the time they get the dress dried out. A few years ago we were pulling the distribution line off their property at their request. Knocked on the door to the main place to give them an heads up that we’d be on their land for a few hours, and a smoking hot mid 20ish girl comes to the door! I forgot what I was even doing there for a sec……lol

A friend of mine lives near Great Falls and has pointed out one of their farms which was well kept, but he says when they go into town they are followed by store clerk because they are known for shop lifting according to him. He said they are banned from some retail stores.

My experience was a little different. As much as they were a self contained colony, they didn’t like following laws. I remember the problems Mower County, Minnesota, had trying to get them to put in septic systems. The Hudderites liked to flush everything into an open pond. And, of course, it overflowed with big rains. If you were downstream of these ponds, well, you get the idea.
