From what I see id think IBM would be a fundamentally better bet if you were trying to profit from a huge over correction after it has fallen 32% from its 52 week high. But again im new at this and didnt have enough experience to feel confident to make that play. Maybe still not to late to take a position on its dips. IBM will, likely, not exist in 10 years. I wouldn't drop a dime on them.

I bought a few shares of Tesla before the stock splits and sold enough to recover my original investment and then some. I'm gambling with the house's money now. I would also be interested in a discussion on Big Blue. White? Well, I am certainly no White..... but I think if IBM accomplishes their stated goal of reaching large-scale fault-tolerant quantum computing by 2029 that certainly could be pretty big, especially if no one else beats them to it. And then there is the fact that just last month they were the first semiconductor company to reveal a chip that was sub-1 nanometers, which many thought was not possible. That greatly increased the chips' memory capacity and also created a roadmap for shrinking chips even further. A pretty dang important component of AI, imo. I wouldn't count IBM out!!

If tesla and SpaceX merge, Tesla will be toast. Just wait and see what happens when the floodgates open when restrictions on insider and early investor selling happens. That stock just might see $50.00 a share. And it might need Tesla joining to borrow more money soon. And then there is that pesky Elon Pay Package to consider....share dilution might also be an issue. I will continue watching Tesla from the sidelines.
Just doing what I want now.

You're seeing the fundamentals right. TSLA is insanely overvalued. All speculation. A guy could make a.case.tje whole stock.market is overvalued when comparing to historical people.ratios.

They remind me of INTC & CSCO back in 1997-2000. Just laying back thinking their reputation will carry them for years. I don't think that will happen.
INTC and CSCO are still around..... I am in NO WAY indicating I think IBM is my #1 pick as a growth stock! More of a value stock with significant growth potential IF the stars align. But I think the claim they'll be defunct in a decade is ludicrous.

It's Saturday, son. I caught up on laundry today. You'd probably be better off if you invested in shares of Lonestar versus bottles of it. Just sayin'. …. Ain’t this cute …. Ol gal trying to buck up in here … you been watching clips of that strawberry blonde from yellerstone or what? … you know that’s fictional right?
