We're having a mixed bag for supper. An odd combination of pigeons, brats, chicken gizzards, and french fries.

Smoked chicken fajitas with peppers, onions, rice and home made pico.

Crockpot roast potatoes onions. With this brutal humidity I did not want to barbecue

Brats, calico beans and Mac salad here.

Ribeye burgers topped with garden grown maters, onions, Busch beans and fries

You da King there Les! Some fried eggs, beaver sausage and cold garden cukes. It`s just too hot to get worked up about cookin`.

Coldspring, that`s some real livin` there. You ever save the fat cap off your briskets and mix that in with your venison? Those briskets soaking up about 4 hours of that mesquite smoke, wrap them in foil, give them another 4 hours on the pit. That fat just push`s off. That stuff is like gold to add to burger.
