Definitely think their owners should be held criminally responsible.
Some cities already ban them, dont know why we cant do that across the the board. Or at least heavily regulate them. I cant go buy a tiger without being heavily regulated.

Do you agree with any of Matt Walsh's four steps? I'm not comfortable with #1, but #2, 3, and 4 sound great to me.

Before I retired, I could not write a homeowner policy on a home that kept a pit bull. There were three other forbidden breeds as well.

I have always believed owners should be held responsible for harm caused by their animals, both civilly and legally, if the owners were negligent, or broke the law, resulting in harm.

I think all animals that attack people, unless they were protecting the owner, or protecting a property in a confined manner, should be euthanized for attacking people.

If someone illegally breaks into a structure, or enters a secured property and is harmed by dogs, or other animals, that's on them.

I am not a pitbull fan at all, around my area there is probably more blue heeler bites and god bless em. Show up where you arent invited and old silver and blue will bite ya or bite a hole in your tires. First line of defence from democrats and commies

Working in and around the greater Cleveland area for a bunch of years for the phone company I NEVER saw one I would trust. Wasp spray will change there mind about bitting you.

Im no fan of pits , ban them and the people that have them will switch to a different breed and have poorly behaved and trained dogs with similar behaviors.

Pits have their place with things like hog dogs, they are not family dogs. I always wonder how well functioning mental capacity people are that call for bans and government restrictiins and controle on anything.

They clearly run on emotional knee jerk reaction system and cant take a logical look at every single thing the government got control of and has restrictions on and how it always turns out.

Freedom come with risk and I guess is scarry to some. The need daddy government in their lifestyle to give them the illusion of safty and controle not realizing they are only asking for chains. Its incremental a little at a time. Within a few generations things that would be unheard of will become normal and just how things are.

Not long ago we could order guns out of a catalog and have them sent to our doors. Today " its just a background check whats the big deal" not many know or rubber just a few years ago they were trying to eliminate privet sales saying if you sell guns out of your privet collection that was engaging in the business and you needed a ffl and requiring background checks on all sales. And even here sadly some will not only not have a problem with this but think its a good idea. The incremental approach works.

Don't forget some are okay with the suppressor paperwork.
