Guys, peg and I got 25 gallons of peaches yesterday..wondering what your favorite peach recipe was.
She’s working on canning and freezing them but would love to try new recipes. Also got 15 gallons of green beans too.

Pickled beans are good as are roasted beans with cherry tomatoes

Cut peach in half Remove stone Fill hole with tablespoon of brown sugar Bake in oven 350°for 25 minutes
Pull out and let cool for 10 minutes
Serve next to scoop of vanilla bean ice cream

While canning save 2 cups of juice, add 2 cups of red raspberry juice make a jelly , using your go to pectin, and recipe. Awesome jelly.
