I realize she was trying to be accurate , but she needed to get her weight into it , lower , wider and bent front knee and rear leg in line with the recoil
Coyote cowboy , try a 12 ga loaded up with 5 round of 3 inch turkey shells you can find boxes after season on clearance , you get good at ripping through those and hitting and you have mastered recoil management.
get enough weight into it that if it doesn't recoil into you you know you need to bring that rear foot up for the step forward and don't do it on the line with other shooters. never pull the trigger again till sights have returned to the target , then it is figuring out lean and timing. ride with the gun , don't let it hit you , keep everything tight face to wood shoulder to butt plate space is time for the gun to build velocity and hit you rather than push you.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

You are obviously correct. My son’s rifle - I would not have been videoing if we thought it was going down smooth
I have issues with people setting up young girls for failure.
it ruins far to many young women for guns , I was just teaching a bunch last weekend , many had never shot a handgun before , I was using a suppressed MK4 22lr pistol and they were all getting hits on the first mag , good experience keeps them coming back and we need more women on our side and not biased against us.
this was a friends daughters 20th birthday so a mix of her friends mostly young women a few young men very few who had shot before.
I did even get one girl who was like but gun murder and I shut that down with there are around a Billion guns in the US about 12,000 homicides in a year about 4500 of them are non-gun involved meaning about 7500 firearms homicides in a year most of those 7500 most were involved in drug or other criminal enterprise , we have crime issues 97-98% of all firearms homicides in Wisconsin are felon on felon Guns are more effective but are not really the issue.
We have 36,600 traffic deaths a year in vehicles with all the safety features they can stuff under the hood. Training and licenses required with about 290K vehicles and we consider those accidents.

You would have to know my daughter. Her older brother was there and it is always a competition. She isnt going to be ruined off of firearms. She has been hunting in Africa twice and probably going back next year. She would be one who would step up to the plate for a 50 BMG magazine dump. I understand your view in general - this was bother sister completion - a whole nuther deal
you know your daughter and that is good that she is a sport for it and we aren't going to lose her over that.
my point is for the majority of women who are not your daughter who aren't in completion with a brother.
I admit I did it to my aunt who was almost like an older sister 3 years older , she was fresh back from Army Officer basic , and Lt. Ann needed a chip removed from her shoulder in my 19 year old opinion.
she didn't appreciate that and we were done shooting for the day.
I was sneaky about it also loaded slug slug , light trap loads to fill the gun so her 4th round she was confident when she took that slug recoil to the shoulder with the metal but plate 12ga.
not my proudest moment but I did what I did.
she didn't shoot for a while outside Army quals but does now some.

I like the way you think
I gotta admit, I aint fond of shooting that .500 NE. It is a double - which makes it heavier and helps with recoil - but still, the first time I shot it the trigger guard came back and cut my middle finger to the bone. First shot everyone is all bowed up and rigid when they shoot. It gets better after a couple shots and you relax

Coyote cowboy , try a 12 ga loaded up with 5 round of 3 inch turkey shells you can find boxes after season on clearance , you get good at ripping through those and hitting and you have mastered recoil management.
I tried that once when I was a young tyke, I was sitting down when i fired and i ended up prone lmao

it's something to work up to with progressively stouter and stouter loads. you got it when you can rock a pump gun fast enough people think you are running an auto loader on doubles or follow up shots and you are actually hitting.
