Saw it on a cooking show a while ago. They cooked a muskie in the ground. They filled the muskie with syrup and wild rice. That looked good.

Nice! Maple glazed salmon is a classic. Also nice how it plays off the color of your placemats. I'll bet that was good!

that does look good , I had salmon Saturday night with a dill sauce , and ate it from a plate on a place mat that wasn't in a restaurant.

I grew up always using place mats. Our house and both my grandparent's houses.

I don't think you could mess up salmon no matter how you fixed it. But, that looks really good.
