The power use is real and is and will be subsidized by the Federal government just like everybody else who is connected to the grid.

People will be controlled as much as they allow themselves to be. Anyone that has or uses a cell phone can tracked by the government.

It's still possible to live off grid...no phone....no cards..... but is getting increasingly harder due to things like intersection cams.

Will info on people collected by the government be stored in data centers?? Of course. BUT it already HAS been since at least 2000 and probably earlier than that. This is nothing new..........

Older centers... a lot. But new ones not much at all.......new builds use recirculating water systems.

Hey, I got sent that a few months ago.

It said I'm required by law to fill it out. Extremely detailed questions about work/life/etc habits. It went through the entire list of questions for everyone in our house. The first time through the list of questions (asking about me) I sorta thought about the questions and provided answers I thought were a suitable level of disclosure. The second and third time through (same questions but for my wife & daughter), it quickly became a race.

Big brother says I'm required by law to answer and if I don't they'll follow up... ok, I can work with that. click click click. How many clicks do you want? Do you prefer random? Maybe we should do patterns in the answers? I like palendromes. How about this sequence of answers: a, b, b, c, c, c, a, a, a, a, b, b, b, c, c, a.

I threw mine away. Twice. No repercussions.
