Because it wasn't unanimous, the mistrial. The guilty/not guilty judgement would have been handed down if all 12 jurors voted the same. So the next question, does the prosecutor let it go or re-try the case??

What lawyer would want a not guilty verdict for their client on a case like this? I mean most are vultures and only in it for the money, but this one is a lose lose no matter the verdict for any lawyer with sense.

I can't believe the prosecution was OK with 9 women on the jury! You know some of them will be sympathetic and biased in favor of her.

The kids daddy should have made sure the suicide was successful if he figured out what took place.

The murder of the 3 children was clearly planned, methodical. She sent her husband out while she did the deed because she knew he would stop her because she knew it was wrong. Somebody who kills under the throes of psychosis would likely murder in a disorganized manner, spontaneously, and even then most disorganized killers are considered competent to stand trial.

He said some pretty unkind things to me. But I have thick skin and it did not bother me.

It DOES bother me when someone gets crucified just for thinking differently than others. When people gang up to purposely get someone banned just because they do not agree with his/her politics.

Certain people have done things on here deserving of a ban and are still here. Others have done things deserving of a ban and are not.

Blaine County.....Todd...... never did anything deserving of a ban. He was a conservative that just did not like Trump and that is what he was banned for........

So I suppose I should be banned as well. I voted for Trump 6 times...... (primaries and generals) but the things he has recently done surely has me ashamed of that as it should ANY conservative that voted for him....

I've seen some comments about the trial on another site and IF that information is even close to accurate; you guys might be condemning an innocent woman. The theory among some of those people is that the ex is the one who killed the kids..and framed her to make it look like a murder/suicide. The hole is the suicide wasn't successful. I really don't know..but am just open minded enough to wonder what really happened. And what evidence was introduced that the public hasn't heard.
If she did it, I'd be one of the first to say that she should suffer the consequences. I just don't know if I am missing something here.
