Ohio is and was more so, called the Buckeye State, so Ohio State and Buckeye State are synonyms. I still don't think it's a good name for a sports team. My high school was and still is the Bombers. My youngest nephew goes there now. He told me on Friday that the liberals at his school, including some of the staff, are trying to get the name changed to something they don't find offensive. Neither of us wants the name changed. Keith
