MTP Catalog #8669808 10/02/26 10:06 PM 10/02/26 10:06 PM

K-zoo OP trapper K Joined: Dec 2006 Otsego, MI 68	I received my new MTP catalog in the mail a couple of days ago. Always look forward to browsing through it and checking things out. They are a class act. I was sure glad to see "A Tribute to a Friend" on page 34. Tim shared some photos and thoughts on Jack Whitman, known as Gulo here on T-man. I never met him, but always opened a post with his name on it. Miss his wisdom and stories. Member - NTA, FTA, MTPCA, NRA 2 Cor. 5:17

We were talkin at the time about men who readily shared their wisdom and always got our undivided attention. I know I am leaving some good mentors out (like ADC who would rather bake bread than associate with us common folk LOL) but our initial nominees were the great Bob Jameson and the late great Gulo. We all miss ya Jack I hope you and Blake are somewhere in heaven warming your toes by a campfire together. What"s good for me may not be good for the weak minded. Captain Gus McCrae- Texas Rangers
