Will be Mar 16 for the fish fry and Mar 17 for the Saturday events....I have gotten Shelter Three reserved and paid for so we will have a roof over our heads. We need for RSVP as soon as possible so we know how much of the main course is needed. Again the fish fry will be fri evening approx. 5-5:30 we will cook breakfast early Saturday morning eggs, pancakes sausage and bacon. And COFFEE WILL BE SUPPLIED The noon meal Saturday the main dish which this year will be a whole hog with loin, links along with it. We ask that a covered dish or dessert be brought. Thank you ladies for those wonderful dishes. Please bring what you want to drink And yes we will have a repeat of the dirthole contest with some nice prizes again going to the winners. Okla boys....that Kansas girl has been practicing on the bobcats and winning so you better practice . As you know this/your event is paid for by donations to be raffled off Saturday so bring your trap related item. Cash donations are welcome also. Count me in + 4. We will have a whole stuffed hog with pork loin and smoked sausage and hot links, I will also through some chickens on the smoker along with extra pork butts and briskets for Saturday. Friday night I will have the maque choux and 2 fryers and I do have about 15 pounds of blue cat. And miss Anna has got the hush puppies for Friday night and pea salad for Saturday. So let's make this the biggest one yet.

We will be there for the week again, so hopefully we can get some fresh white bass for the Friday fish fry. I will bring some spoonbill. Let me know what you need.
This year, I'll be staying at the pavillion on Saturday, so no fishing for me that day. My son would most likely be glad to go out with the boat, if someone wants to get out on the water.

Zim and I are so sorry we can't make it there this year! Too much going on near here for us to pull that one off. That sure was a fun time! Patrice you and Zim will be missed and the pickled Pike and turkey kabobs and the maple syrup. I'm going to try to get away in June but that is the middle of hay season and cat fishing time.
