I'm still scratching my head over how a gay post turned into a lengthy debate on the theology of Mormons, lol.
You can blame that one on me yotetrapper30, but at least it was civil..."Tranquil" in fact, by T-Man' s standard.

Changed to a more "touchy-feely" place lately.
Where's Buzzard when we need him? Hmmm... maybe that's it hippie. Maybe there are just more millennial trappers on here nowadays that don't know how to deal with negativity.

I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

Negativity is not needed in many posts. It also seems that a lot on here cannot or refuse to stick to the content of the original post If you feel a need to change the direction or content of a certain post,by all means, start a new one of your own. Tom

I think it's starting to snow in July!!! Yeah, one July the farmers popcorn barn caught on fire and the old cow saw the corn popping and thought it was snow and she froze to death.

There's a reason Pauls place thrived while dozens of others are ghost towns.

I'm still scratching my head over how a gay post turned into a lengthy debate on the theology of Mormons, lol. That one is easy to explain, but making sense of it is an entirely different ball game. I was rooting for ky_coyote_hunter and I'm not even religious.

"You have a CHOICE", upstateNY,... Appears by the the way you guys are worried about the election, and being worried about the democrats getting in power and taking away your rights,... that makes them privileges and not rights Wrong again. Our constitution would have to be amended to take away my right to own a bear arms. Its cool that you guys have an amendment that means any type of gun ownership is not infringed in any way state to state.

It is supposed to be that way hutchy. To bad it isnt. Our government has gotten to be an expert at scaring people into thinking that giving up a right, and accepting government demands for more authority, somehow makes them safer.
Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

It is supposed to be that way hutchy. To bad it isnt. Our government has gotten to be an expert at scaring people into thinking that giving up a right, and accepting government demands for more authority, somehow makes them safer. I was being slightly facetious. We all have less rights and freedoms than we wish, I was simply pointing out that it seems to me the great amendment you guys south of the border hang your hats on is not as iron clad as you think. There is a much bigger legal argument here, but it has always seemed to me to be a privilege wrapped up in a box that has "right" written all over it. We know ours is a privilege, same with driving, etc. Lots of restrictions on various aspects of owning a gun down there, and here of course. heck our wonderful liberals have deemed that a pellet gun of about any power is now a "firearm" and must be treated the same as a centerfire rifle. Woodtick is right on. I think you guys should be worried about the Democrats taking away your rights. Why would we think that? Because if there is any infringement, which there is, there can be more and more until the word "right" is as watered down as that stuff you guys call beer. (I don't even drink, but a dig is a dig )
