mad_mike OP trapper M Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 4,660 49th State	Traditional supper on New Years Day. We did pork shoulder steaks, home made Kielbasa, and sauerkraut. Comes out of the oven in about ten minutes. Any others on the forum enjoy this annual tradition?

T-bones are pretty fine also, have a hard time with potatoes though. I will eat them, but never want them in any meal.
