You can bet on being stopped if making a delivery inside of it and having to show your bill of lading. I can't remember ever driving that loop without seeing an accident. Usually several. Atlanta and Houston are tied for having the worst drivers in the continental U.S. More lanes downtown on I 85 (I think thats right?) won't help anyway. But I have seen the city piling up rock under some of them to deter that. Atlanta really cares that way.

Might even squat a small spot above for a couple chickens and a small space for some much needed rice provided I am gifted a couple of chop sticks by the owners.
