What caliber ?? Obviously, you would have a different aim point using a 300 win mag as you would with a 30-30 in that scenario for example
Let's go Brandon

With my seven Mag and it was at 100 yards I shoot 3 inches High at 100 yards so I would aim 3 inches below number 5 and with my 7 mag it usually Folds within 50 yards.
God please keep they 19 fallen UBB miners out of trouble up there.

5 if I'm somewhat close , 1 or 2 if there's a chance of being off a little at some distance .

Shots in the slats work, but I don't like them to run any distance before collapsing. I love spine shots, but even neck meat I would like to have , if possible.

I am not that picky I can make a lot work my ideal is red I can make anything in blue work depending on range , how fast it is running , what angle I almost never get a broadside deer typcialy some sort of 1/4ing at me or away from me so then I want to transvers the blue normally I follow the front edge of the leg up with the vertical crosshair if you look at a few skeletons when you have the meat off you see where the neck joins the body at the front of the shoulders it dip down then goes back up that is the connection I want to hit
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
