Seems like reloading powder is finally showing back up on the shelves. I’ve been looking for H1000 for over a year, finally found 3 pounds at a local shop. Had a good selection, best I’ve seen in a while. Varget , H4350, and few other hard-to-finds were also stocked.

Are you noticing powder showing on shelves again? Wish large rifle primers would follow!

Powders been showing up, but still nothing to light it with.

I got a notice today the Midway has Power Pistol

the price 45 a pound before tax and hasmat

now that hurts I was buying it 16-20 a pound pre pandemic

with primers 10cents powder 3.5 and bullets up to almost 10 cents , hard to not just buy commercial reman at 25 cents a round

so that is what I did , until primers come down or loaded goes up plain old fmj pistol doesn't need to use up my components

How about Hybrid 100V - anyone use it in .243? According to books looks good and 12 a pound cheaper than 4350

I stopped at a place in Tulsa a few weeks back and they had 11 one lb bottles of H1000... But at $60/lb I left it where it was at.

There's more H4350 around here than you can shake a stick at.

Last I heard (rumor mill) ADI said not to expect any Retumbo for the foreseeable future. I have 2 lbs.sitting on my shelf that I've never opened... I'm halfway afraid if I try it I'll like it so much that I'll be bummed out I can't get any more.

Primers are showing up fairly regularly... The price is ridiculous but they're there if you want them bad enough.

You might try to find some Ramshot Magnum or LRT. LRT should be in the Retumbo burn rate ballpark. Magnum gave me fantastic velocity and some decent accuracy @100 with my .300 Win Mag, but the ES/SD numbers were atrocious... Probably not a first choice for long range, if that's your game.

Edit: Hodgdon has 1 lb'ers of LRT for $33 a lb. in stock... They have load data in .300 RUM up to the 220 gr SMK.

I never see any one mention the WC powders. Nobody use them?
