I already sold the one gun I should have kept for life. It was a sporterized Mauser chambered in .257 Robert's. Being young I thought every rifle would be that accurate and dependable, but I have yet to find another one like it. It was the best venison and fur collector I have ever owner by far.

My Savage model 99 300, not so much the value of the rifle as the story behind being able to get the rifle. Has downed a few deer and fox for me over the years.

Danny Clifton. What your looking at I believe is the “new” Parker. I don’t know anything about them. Mine is the Trojan model early 30’s.

Shouldn't be hard to convince them that guns are a lot more effective than swords and spears. laugh

I never divulge how many guns I really own.

Sounds like a guy I used to hunt elk with. He has so many guns he has some at his house, some at his brother's house, and some at a cousin's house.
He said he does that in case someone would break into one of the places, they wouldn't steal all his guns, only some of them.

He has a B&L older scope, the kind that zeros on the mounts that I wanted to buy from him. He wasn't totally sure of where it was. He thought it might be at his cousin's place on a 280 Rem. crazy
