Going up stairs is not a problem for me. I look like an old man going downstairs.

A few years ago I was on strike relief and was paired with a guy from either PA or OH. We had a delivery to a gym that was on the 8th floor. We both walked pass the elevator and the minute we hit the stairwell a foot race was on. lol

At 91 i can still walk up. More trouble going down.

I used to run UP the DOWN escalators, Many years ago!

I think I stopped running up steps when I was 10 or 11.

Just thinking about running makes me tired.

First of all what’s “older”?
I walk unless there’s some sort of an emergency or up a mountain if that bird is still gobbling on the roost and daylight is fast approaching.
Haven’t done the running lately, hoping the new hip remedies that!

New preacher was preaching to the congregation of a troubled church. If we will only pray this church will be up and walking in no time.
