Like has been said….put injector cleaner in and let the big dog eat. Drive it like you stole it. Sometimes you got to give it a little tough love! You can’t brake something that’s already broke.

I just wish that the naysayers would apply themselves a little more. It's not that hard to keep up with coonman's dialect.

there is a repair kit that you seal and screw in place

this may be your issue , may not

remember a new used truck is still likely 350 a month in payments ,but you are about to hit a bunch of issues at 300K on that Colorado
what all issues can u run into at 300,000? It has low 280,000 or close to 280,000. Not sure mileage right now, has had lot components replaced all over , I am think the motor more chance that it well then it won't. Last way past 300,000. Although extreme cold an winter is hard them

all those miles that motor will throw a rod or something. none of them last forever. start saving for a large repair bill or sell it and buy another new one.

If not extremely expensive. Repair it. Look price on pickups . New ones are out . I think what I got is $20,000 additional.thrn when I got it. In 2010. Noway worth that money. For what ur buy an what it is, not worth it. Unaffordable on payments a new one along mortgage payment . Look online at dealers on used truck. $4-$5000. Ur buy something likeky turn out be nothing but something in shop over half time . To bad had street project. I could spent that money on 2nd pickup
