I think those square 3 gallon buckets that nails and screws come in work good.

Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace are good places to fine cheap buckets. Around here, buckets sell for 50 cents to 2 dollars each.

I agree.

The ones I have are plastic tho. I get them from a local grocery store, icing for cakes and some were for pudding they say on them.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Chain is often sold in 3 gallon square buckets. Ask your hardware store to save them for you.

visit a large supermarket that has a bakery. Even Sam's club. Their icing comes in plastic buckets - two sizes. Neither are square, but they already smell good and are free. Some save their buckets to empty their frier grease. Tell them you will take the bucket and the grease.

Check the bakery and donut places for the square buckets.

I prefer square . Kitty litter and the ice melt at work come in square as dose some of the ones from the bakery.

Round or square just make sure you paint them blue.

Some of the Belisles won’t fit a round bucket so beware before you load up on buckets. Menards buckets jumped in price the last I looked Harbor Freight was the cheapest going. Burger King in the past had the used green ones for $1 a bucket but that was years ago.

You can cut the round buckets to snap a belisle in, that's how I do my 330 belisles for wolverine/ lynx
