Which do you eat more of?
In our house we only eat beef maybe two or three times a month. We eat venison at least twice a week.
We also eat a lot of walleye. I use to eat more chicken and pork but have been eating less every year. We were never real big beef eaters.

We eat more beef. Venison here is a special treat, as tags are hard to come by. As a resident you might draw a deer tag every 3 years or so.

Most all deer here goes into jerky or summer sausage. 3 of the 4 kids will eat a some deer steaks grilled but arent big fans and will choose beef over deer every time. Wife and one kid wouldn't touch deer unless in jerky or sausage

Deer then chicken with some beef and pork . My family prefers deer and eat it for about all of our red meat . But my wife cooked for the youth group last night so we bought 20 lbs of beef. It just confirmed once again I prefer deer.

About 3 years ago I took my wife out for her birthday. My youngest went along at about 7 or 8at the time. He ordered a steak and they only offered it on the adult menu. I guess it was odd for the waitress for a kid that young to order himself a steak.

She came around and asked him how he liked it. His reply " its not as good as moms deer steaks but I will come back" poor lady didn't know how to take that.

Not much of either. I eat a lot of walleye,(1-2 a week ), and chicken a couple times a week. I’d rather eat beef over venison.

if you had asked a decade ago , venison

today beef , but only because I have a friend who raises beef and he had a few that needed to be put down without butcher availability so I butchered them

I don't buy much beef

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Beef by far, were limited on how many Deer we can shoot. Its gone in no time.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Venison, healthy choice. Wife is raised on Elk.

Beef on occasion.

Trapping for ranchers always get asked if beef is a choice of payment.

Let me sugar coat this

Mostly home grown pork and chicken. Would eat more deer if I could kill more. I think the trespassing neighbors that moved in a couple years ago eat venison year round.

90% venison, 10% beef. Not hard to do when we are allowed three does a day during our season and two bucks total. Usually grind 3 or 4 does just to keep us in summer sausage and snack sticks all year.

other than a hamburger at a restaurant now and then, the last time I had beef was about a year ago. Like this week it's been bluegill Monday, venison swiss steak on Tuesday, duck on Wednesday, squirrel tonight.
