Which do you eat more of? In our house we only eat beef maybe two or three times a month. We eat venison at least twice a week.
We also eat a lot of walleye. I use to eat more chicken and pork but have been eating less every year. We were never real big beef eaters.

We eat more beef. Venison here is a special treat, as tags are hard to come by. As a resident you might draw a deer tag every 3 years or so.

if you had asked a decade ago , venison
today beef , but only because I have a friend who raises beef and he had a few that needed to be put down without butcher availability so I butchered them

 I don't buy much beef

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Beef by far, were limited on how many Deer we can shoot. Its gone in no time.
There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Venison, healthy choice. Wife is raised on Elk.
 Beef on occasion.

Trapping for ranchers always get asked if beef is a choice of payment.
