I'm 67 and in the same boat. Alcohol and ibuprofen. I wear copper bracelets and copper infused spandex on the knees. Call me crazy but I think it helps maybe

I am not nearly as old as you guys but I have had a ton of broken bones in my life and I am paying the price for it now. I broke my pelvis in 7 places so the hips tend to lock up from time to time. I hate to think what it will be like if I live to be 70.
I have nothing clever to put here.

get a prescription for meloxicam but monitor your blood pressure if you take it daily. you can also get a 1% nsaid cream over the counter to apply topically.

I have it all through my body. Recently had a total hip replacement and and a total shoulder replacement because of it. Need another hip and knee replacement. 800 MG of Ibuprofen is the only thing that helps relieve the pain. However, have to take breaks from using that high of a dosage. Tried numerous other meds and other things that didn’t work. Also, exercise and keep moving helps.

I am 77. Just had an eye problems a month ago. Arthritis in the white of my eye, causing my retina to wrinkle. Who the heck ever heard of such. See retina surgeon again tomorrow. Called scleritis I think. Big dose of prednisone. Not much progress but forever thankful that my retina is not detached.

Beat up old carcass here it takes a little movement in the morning to get going but I’m always on the go so the miles have exceeded the warranty a long time ago.

Voltaren, is expensive but most of the family sues it with success. I swear by it. Takes pain away and swelling for me and my brother.
