Just got over it . Wife got it first . 3 days later I was down. It took a good week to feel better and another to get moving. Second week we both lost are taste for me every thing tasted like tinfoil. This is 3 rd week and we both are still low on energy but seems to be getting better. Me and my wife did not get tested but it is going through the school where she volunteers and a bunch of them were tested so we presume that was it . Day 3,4,5 were the worst for me

Not that this happens to everyone, but I’ve had it once when it first came out, January of 2020. I ran a very high fever, but was never really sick during the 10 days of isolation.
BUT, the weeks following I had NO energy. The wife and I both got it at the same time and we both ended up with walking pneumonia and didn’t even know it. We wasn’t sick, just couldn’t do anything without giving out.
I don’t think they even gave us anything for it, our bodies just naturally fought it off.

Side note: The wife was vaxed and had ended up getting Covid 7 times since then.
I was never vaxed and never got it again after that first time despite being around the wife and all kids/relatives that have gotten it over the years.

I had 2 different doctors tell me that vaxed persons are more susceptible to contracting it more than unvaxed due to natural immunity after the first bout. That came from the doctor that treated my wife the umpteenth times she’s had it.

When I had it I felt the same way. Worse symptom was lack of energy.
