Sure is funny that fedx and ups can come to the house but usps can not.

We got a new mail carrier couple years ago as the other one retired.he will bring packages to the house but won't leave the mail at the house.when I asked him about it he said legally he had to leave it in the mail box.our old mail carrier would leave everything inside the garage on top of the freezer.i sure do miss her.

My wife shipped a piece of stained glass that was out for delivery for ten days. When we called their answer was "it is out for delivery" I have no use for them.

Same here. Sometimes we get our ripped up mail with shoe tracks on it in a plastic bag that says '' We Care'' on the outside of it. Mail is late all the time here. People shortage?

I sent the electric bill out back in January they never did receive it and I never got it back either
This is just one of many times this has happened.thats why I pay online as much as possible.send very little mail anymore between that and the price of stamps keep increasing.

The last two mail people I've had are great!

If anything gets messed up, its because they're on vacation and there's a temp running our route.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Ours got so bad wife drops anything we are sending off off. Use ups and FedEx and electronic for most things.

Last months cc bill didn't arrive until 5 days before it was due. This months bill hasn't arrived, and it's due today. I had to call and get the information to pay them on time. I don't know if it's the mails fault or the cc companies.

Just like everything no one takes their job serious. The days of quality anything are over. Big places promote based on diversity not doing a good job. The guys left under incompitent bosses are too burned out to care.

Heard on the news the USPS is around 25-30% understaffed, When I came home from the 'Nam, they were begging for people to come work there, with not too many takers. Military time counts towards Gov service retirement, not a bad deal for a young guy.

I mailed a check to Wiss Miss probably close to year and a half ago. She never got it and it's never been cashed.
If something gets mailed to me and it hits KC it can spend a week going back and forth from the KC,MO. to the KC,KS sorting centers before it might head my way or take off across the country only to come back to KC. This happens all the time.
I have nothing but praise for my local postmaster and letter carrier, I think the employees in KC are a sick joke.

I know for a fact that they are having trouble keeping workers. No one wants to work anymore. The turnover rate is through the roof and just like any other business, if they don't stay around long enough to train it doesn't work out.
