Last Oct, I bought a set of thier Furnace base layers.
They are spendy. Wore them 4 or 5 times and the elastic waist band has stretched so much they are unwearable.
I filled a warranty claim and they responded back that they will not replace them as it's considered " normal wear n tear"
I responded back how that 4/5 times worn and the elastic band has stretched 6_8" can be considered that?
I think the pants are about 150.00$?
I expressed that if they didn't honor thier warranty, that I would make a post on several big outdoors forums about this.
Quess they didn't care.
Oh, they did make an offer off 30% another purchase.

Be advised that they are a horrible company to deal with. Overpriced JUNK!

Call them once more,,and tell them your next calls will be to consumer affairs and the better business bureau.They don't want that.And then follow through if you don't get satisfaction.

I have the furnace quarter zip top and it is probably my favorite layer. I wear it from November-march pretty much 4-5 days a week. Super warm. That’s unfortunate that you had a bad experience with the pants.

Maybe try the next size larger? Just beating Jbyrd63 to the punch....

I would guess the problem is the swamp gas chili and schmidty beer. With that combination you will swell to twice the normal size due to the gas build up. Three time if you over indulge. If you eat enough of it you could stretch about anything tied around your waist. Sorry you are not pleased, but abuse is abuse.

I've washed the once in cold water and hung outside to dry. No heat,bleach,ozone.
Horrible product, horrible customer service.

I have that exact same base layer. Never had an issue.
I now wear Forloh and can’t say enough about it. A little on the expensive side but worth it for me.

Told here not this place. We are cheap, but do shop at Duluth clothing and we like there stuff.

Never had a bad piece of clothing from DTC.
