500 rounds 9mm I just haven't gotten to putting it away
some cloths I might want to wear again because if they fall on the floor a dog lays on them then I don't want to wear them again
cell phone charger and cell phone at night
flash light

I bet you thought I was going to say a gun, don't worry it isn't far just not on the night stand

now the night stand it's self is a little interesting

it is a big round from a old oak that was killed by a fire when I was a kid , cut that round when I was in high school it is about 6 inches thick and I turned legs for it

this thread has made me feel better that I am not alone , because my dresser basically looks like Savels night stand but no lone star can, chew or 410 shells and calibers are different.

my wife's side of the bed is in another room and I sleep better not getting poked in the side and told I am snoring.

Maybe not scare them just make them die laughing. Lol.

Yes it's a rough area darn coyotes got my shepherd barking and howling again last night. Not once but two separate times. Shined the light and could see their eyes but they were 50 yards across the road and not on my farm. Can't shoot across a road and I don't have permission to kill them over there. I should probably ask.

There is often something that needs shot and having a variety of took to use ready and at hand is an advantage.
Example. Coon or fox in the chickens best tool at night is a shotgun with 5 or 6 shot. Not the home intruder load it 00 buck and not a handgun. So having a variety at hand is an advantage.

Another example would be a coyote in the back field 110 yards away. That handgun ones shotguns are going to be useless but that suppressed 7mm08 or 243 will handle it quickly. But not if I have to go and mess with digging it out of a safe. By then the coyote will be gone.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Same here .... anything else is left to guessing, since the world can see this forum without signing in and know everything of anyone's privacy and locations ...until Mr Paul makes it so that only members have to sign in to read anything here , best kept to guessing. No sense in making a successful recon for some thug or criminal, knowing exactly where things are in someone's house.

A large bottle of Yellow Mustard. Does that make me a bad person or some sort of heathen?

I use it for leg cramps.

Calmag calcium magnesium supplement does wonders for the leg cramps and a cup of broth , you take it after you go exert yourself before bed
or 2 big pickles after you go do too much walking or climbing a ladder
