Whatever leftovers from Christmas that I can find in the fridge.
I'm just happy to be here! Today I'm as young as I'll ever be and and older than I've ever been before!

Whatever leftovers from Christmas that I can find in the fridge. No wonder stick man is so skinny!
My fear of moving stairs is escalating!

I think it's going to be a gassy bunch around here tomorrow with the cabbage and kraut along with fatty pork. I like West river rogue, Trapper7 and animals only food choices better.
I'll probably have tuna helper, and finish off a couple venison hot dogs. I'll probably read an extra article or two, tomorrow morning, lol.

My wife's the cook for today. Colombian traditional New Year's day meal is Sancocho. A hearty stew made with chunks of corn on the cob, chicken, celery, onion, plantain, potatoes, and Yuca. A side dish of avocado, Serrano chile, lime juice and cilantro to spoon into the soup when served. Traditionally cooked over an open fire in a 20 gallon pot.
Really good for hangovers. I'm all for starting new traditions, that sounds tasty.

Well, we have decided it will be a big garden salad, grilled pork chops and roasted parsnips.

leftover's ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2024/01/full-48220-202444-thumbnail_img_4441.jpg) steak and cheese. low carb Good looking leftovers! Made one daughter Ribeye and mini reds (she has been working night shift at a local hospital while on break from college and has been craving a steak). Rest of the family got baked/breaded chicken breast, mashed with gravy, stuffing, rice and corn. Did not know that New Years day dinner was a thing. Or would not have made chicken! lol

Pig stomach made just how you described is a favorite around here, just not on New Year's Day.
Eh...wot?
