I remember a picture in the Wichita Eagle of one that was over a 100 lbs. and came out of the Arkansas, and supposedly a state record. I was in high school when I saw that picture and cut it out, that was over 50 years ago. Mark K trapper M Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 5,235 MN	Biggest I have ever got was 70#. Biggest I have ever seen was on the Whitewater in the early 90's and we were trout fishing. There was a beaver in the water 10 feet away from me thinking it was hiding alongside a log. From where its nose was to the end of his tail was over 6 foot long. Maybe 7. My friend would not get back into the water.
